Headlight Removal

The passenger side headlight has about 2 inches of water in it. How do I
take out the light cover without messing anything up?

headlights. My solution was to remove the ENTIRE headlight housing
(fairly simple process... and then pour some rubbing alcohol inside
the housing. Since alcohol mixes with water, all that was left was to
pour the alcohol out and let the housing dry overnight. It worked
