Parking Lights Relay Location?

Can anybody tell me the location of the parking lights relay on a
1991 Festiva? It was in an accident and I'm getting a 300 mV
constant reading at the sockets, switch on or off. I'm guessing the
relay was damaged in the accident.

Nobody has a clue as to where the running lights relay is
located?!?!?

sheeesh!

Just ordered a vac/elect manual. I guess I should post the location
of the relay after I find out so people are able to help the next
person that asks this question.
