'93 Festiva stalling

Lately it's been stalling when I put it in nutral to pull up to stop lights.
I know that my brother was having problems getting the timing just right,
but we thought he corrected it 'cause it hasn't stalled in a long time. Now
it seems to do it all the time.

Spark plugs might need changed, I know the wires are good. Or do you think
it's still the timing?

I had a similar problem with my '93 festiva. It turned out that the connector going to the sensor above the air-filter (air flow temperature sensor or something like that) was corroded.

I had a festiva that stalled alot and it tured out to be the ignition. I would move the key in the ignition and it would start working so i finale replaced the ignition,
it would stall driving down the road or when i would first start it. it would shut off as soon as i started it and i would hit the key again and it would do it again. as soon as i changed the ignition switch. it quit stalling. davy
